A full version of these terms is being reviewed. Until it is published, the points below are what you agree to when you create an account, and they are the same points the product itself states on the way in.
General fitness guidance, not medical advice
AmeniMove suggests workouts built from your answers and the equipment in your gym. It does not diagnose, treat or clear you for exercise. If you have had sharp pain, a recent injury, or a doctor has restricted your activity, get professional clearance before training hard. You decide what you lift.
Your data is yours
Your training record can be exported and deleted at any time, whether or not you have ever paid. Stop paying and you keep everything. See the privacy page for what is stored and who can see it.
Your building
Scanning a gym’s code identifies the gym only. Your building confirms that you live there; it never gains management access to your account or sight of your records. A building can end your access to its gym; it cannot touch your history.
You must be 18 or over
AmeniMove prescribes training loads and can calculate a daily calorie target, and it is built for adults. You confirm you are 18 or over when you create your account. If you are under 18, do not create one; if you already have, write to us at the address below and we will delete it.
Paying
Prices are shown on the pricing page and come from one place, so the number you see there is the number you are charged. A paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial, needs a card to begin, and renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancelling is done from Settings and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Joining AmeniMove and using it for free needs no card at all.
Honest limits
Where AmeniMove does not know something, such as what the number on a machine means, it says unknown rather than guessing. Where a feature is unavailable on a server, the screen says so.
