AmeniMove

Privacy

Your training record is yours.

Last updated . Plain language, not legal advice.

AmeniMove keeps a private record of what you did in your building’s gym. This page says what is stored, who can see it, how long it is kept and how you delete it. A full privacy policy is being reviewed; until it is published, this is the complete list of what the product does.

What is stored

Who can see what

Your building’s manager sees your display name, whether your residency is confirmed, and how it was confirmed. They also see equipment issues you report. They never see a workout, a weight, a meal, a note or anything about your body or health. This is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface, and it is tested.

Buildings receive reports only as counts for fixed calendar weeks, and a count below five people is not shown at all, so no report can single anyone out.

Third parties

When AI features are switched on, the model provider receives summaries: your onboarding answers except free text, the exercises and machines a plan can use, and your last comparable loads and reps. Two things you type are sent as you wrote them: a question you ask the coach, and the note you leave on an exercise when you mark it uncomfortable. Never your name, your journal, your session notes, or what you wrote about limitations. Payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics; product events are first party, contain no health data, and are deleted after 180 days.

Reminders and consent

Reminders are off until you turn them on. Each integration asks for consent separately, records which wording you agreed to, and can be revoked, deleting the data it imported.

Export and deletion

You can export everything as JSON and delete your account at any time, from Settings. Neither is ever behind payment. Deletion removes your account and every record with it; backups age out within 30 days. Individual workouts can be deleted and restored until the account itself is deleted. Audit events, which hold identifiers and actions but no health data, are kept for 24 months for accountability.

Children

AmeniMove is for adults. It prescribes training loads and can calculate a daily calorie target, so you confirm you are 18 or over when you create your account, and we do not knowingly keep an account for anyone younger. If you believe a child has created one, write to us and we will delete it.

Asking us anything about your data

Write to hello@amenimove.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, to complain, or to have your account deleted for you. Everything on this page you can also do yourself, from Settings, without asking.

Where it lives

Records are stored in a database with row-level security, so every read is limited to the person it belongs to. Application errors are logged without request contents.
